Well how did we get into July already? It doesn’t seem long since a snowy new year, and yet now we have been soaking up the sun at last at the beginning of our summer holidays.
Looking forward to August I will be taking the month off, to enjoy the rest of the summer holidays and to finally get married to my wonderful partner of 20 years, much to the children’s delight – and of course to ours!
If you missed these posts from July, here is a chance to read again:
- Twitter and LinkedIn fallout: these two online superpowers have disagreed on cross-posting updates; find out how your automation may have broken and what you can do to fix posting to both sites at once;
- Mandy Garner from workingmums interviewed me for the site, here’s what I said and what my reflections were;
- Could you run a company, have a baby and make a cake, all at the same time? Marissa Meyer, new CEO of Yahoo! intends to do so, what does this mean for how women handle work and family life in the future – is this good role modelling or another unattainable goal for most?
With that, I am signing off for a while, I hope you all enjoy a wonderful month of August, whether you are holidaying, working hard, or both, and I will be right back in September with more opinion, help and support about social media and online business, designed to help you gain more commercial success online.
